St. Antonio Fasani Parish’s Pastoral Visitation-[ in Pictures]

Today 5th April 2019, Pamodzi Parish- St Antonio Fasani had it pastoral visitation with Rev. Fr. Francis Mukosa who represented the Archbishop Dr. Alick Banda who was unable to attend. The day began with Mass,which saw 54 candidates for confirmation receive the sacrament of confirmation.

   

The mass was celebrated by Archbishops representative Rev. Fr. Francis Mukosa-Director of Projects and Social Programmes and Judicial Vicar. It was co-celebrated by Parish Priest and Procurator General- Rev. Fr. Charles Tembo, and Assistant Parish Priest- Rev. Fr. Martin.C. Bwayla. The readings were taken and the gospel read by Rev. Fr. Bwalya.

  

Rev. Fr. Mukosa then gave a inspiring Homily on having Unwavering Faith.

After the Homily, Rev. Fr. Mukosa then Conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation on the 54 Candidates.

Mass then continued with Offertory, Consecration and communion.

Mass ended with a vote of thanks from the Parish Council Executive and Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Charles Tembo.

The Archbishop’s Representative Rev. Fr. Mukosa then passed on the Archbishop’s Greetings and encouraged the Parish to continue working hard and remain united especially in the light of the new church they are constructing. He then gave the final Blessing and Mass came to an end.

After Mass The Parish Council Executive , Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Tembo and the Archbishop Dr. Banda’s Representative-Rev. Fr. Mukosa toured the ongoing construction site of the new church building.
