Today, 5th December 2020, marks the end of his lordship, Bishop Dr. Benjamin Phiri’s Familiarization Tour of Ndola Diocese. He visited the last Deanery at St. Lawrence parish in Mufulira. He was officially welcomed by the Vicar Forane of Mufulira deanery Rev. Fr. Remmy Lesa, who gave a brief history of the deanery before inviting Bishop Dr. Benjamin Phiri to lead in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. In attendance were Priests and the lay-faithful who had gathered from cross the deanery to welcome the bishop. After mass a luncheon was held at St. Patricks parish during which invited guest had a chance to interact with the bishop. The highlights of the event.
